Kaveri Kala Manram, based in the North of Sri Lanka is a not for profit multi-faith Cultural and Humanitarian organisation founded in 2002 by the youth of Pandappatai & Kattupulam villages near Chulipuram in the Jaffna Peninsula.
The basic importance of this organization is to
- Healing – through strengthening the family unit, facilitating practice of religion (all religions), and rebuilding and maintaining community social structure and its integrity
- Building Hope –Healing builds hope. This needs to be nurtured by working and walking along with those involved through various cultural activities, community development projects and education
- Community Participation – in determining their needs and priorities through consultation and collaboration
- Developing individuals and the community to become as self reliant as possible in all facets of their lives, while keeping the family unit intact
The organization initiated some of the below programs

- Provision of childcare for disabled children
- Education of disadvantaged students
- Providing water and sanitation to disadvantaged families
